In Eriks music there is an atmospheric world where the inner rooms vibrates in harmon with the hidden.

Parallels can be drawn to artists like Nick Drake and Radiohead, but Erik's music stands very firmly on its own.

Bio

Although Erik Fastén has been an active participant in the Gothenburg music scene for several years having explored everything from free jazz to punk rock,

he did not venture out on his own as a solo artist until 2015.

Since the first few tracks were released in the summer of 2015 Erik has toured around Europe, playing at all kinds of venues, from bars to festivals.

In 2017 he released his debut album "10 songs" which received great reviews especially in Germany and was followed by two tours.

The work with the new album "One flew in" began 2019 and was recorded with fellow musicians Erik Ivarsson and Per Gunnar Juliusson. It was produced by Pablo Copa.

The album is the result of a search for answers to some of the great questions of our time like the relation between man and machine, the inner and outer world, truth and lie.

Some definite answers were not found but i hope the music can give enjoyment and appreciation.
